I think this cordless motor is great for the environment. I know that gas powered mowers create a lot of air pollution.
I like that you can mulch or bag with this mower. Overall, the features are great.

I hope the battery on this one lasts longer than 2 seasons like the one my husband and I had to replace last summer.
They have a great product. Would love to know the battery life, and instructions on maximizing its’ life.
Great that the charge can reliably deal with 1/3 acre. Rechargables were never really a consideration if you had anything close to a normal size yard.
There should be instructions on how to maximize battery life attached to the mower itself.

I would like to try this–I have a terrible time with pull cords.
I think this mower is a great step toward easier mowing — easier starting and moving my grass.
This sounds really great! We would need a second battery to swap in after the 1/3 acre, but I would much rather do that than keep wasting gas. Neat that it is self-propelled too.

The Mower would be great for me to use since I’ve had two back operations and no longer can pull that cord!
Looks great but what would I use to aggravate the neighbors at dawn on Saturdays? Maybe I’ll have to get a rooster.
Trying to become more environmentally friendly is sometimes costly, initially, but I like how this compares price wise with the traditional gas mowers. I also like the power it has- so many electric items especially yard work arent very powerful and in the past were frustrating to work with.
I also like quite a few of the other features- easy starting, mulching, and the battery is removable.

Hello, the Black & Decker’s® 36V Variable-Speed Self-Propelled Cordless Rechargeable Mower would be a great addition to my yard care regime. +1 – The new B&D mower sounds like it’s just what the Dr. ordered for me. I’m aggrivated by loud noises, so an electric would be great, and I’m also very annoyed by doing yearly maintenance on my old gas mower (from 1981) when I use it a whopping 5 or 6 times per year (we have lax lawn ordinances). I would love to ditch my old mower, my gas can, oil mix, lawn mower specific tools, maintenance manual, and ear muffs and get a B&D electric rechargable mower (provided, of course, it does a good job)!

Oh my gosh! This is just exactly what I’ve been waiting for! I’m so sensitive to exhaust fumes that I have to shut myself in the house while my husband mows. I’d like to help him, but just can’t. With this, I’d be able to do the mowing when he can’t (or just doesn’t – right, girls? LOL).

Instant start seems an awesome thing to have. Will make my mowing much more bearable for my neighbours. I am assuming it will be much less noisy. Hope I win
All features described make this machine sound like lots of fun to operate! Currently, I take care of my own lawns as well as the lawns of my two sisters-in-law just to help out. I’ll bet the charge would last enough to cover all three yards on any given Saturday morning. Can’t wait to take this machine for a ride!

I have the edger/trimmer and it’s fantastic. I think this mower would be a great replacement so I don’t have to deal with gas anymore.

Great idea, I tired of running over the cord.
I might be able to help with lawn mowing since I wouldn’t have to tug the starter rope after locating the gas can for the current mower. The bagging option saves the follow-up raking currently required. Great opportunity, thanks.

Looks great. We bought a cordless mower a couple years ago, but it wasn’t strong enough to mow anything even a little bit long. Looks like this one finally has the power to do a great job!

This new, Black & Decker Cordless Mower is spectacular. I’m comparing it to the mower I used over 40 years ago when I cut the grass. Of course, present-day technology didn’t exist and there was nothing that came close to today’s offerings. I watched the trailer and it is great. I’m sure using the new Black & Decker is actually FUN compared to what I used.

This cordless would be great for my husband because I am tired of him complaining that the cord is not long enough. I didn’t even know that they made a mower without the cord. Awesome!

I love that this is rechargeable and doesn’t run on gas. With the prices today this is definitely more efficient especially for the smaller backyards like mine.
