DEWALT at World Of Concrete 2011

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to attend this years World of Concrete after just returning from the International Builder’s Show. However, the guys from CopTool.com were there so I thought I’d share some photos that they took. At the show DEWALT had some great displays of the new line which includes Hammers and Drills with the SHOCKS Active Vibration Control system.

Back in June we spent some time at the DEWALT facility testing the new SHOCKS Active Vibration Control system. As you can see in the photo above that entire lineup was a big focus at this year’s show. So for many of the visitors at the show this was the first chance of seeing the new Hammers and Drills in action and spending time testing them.

I also wanted to point out the fact that we’ll be featuring a review next month on the all new DEWALT D2560K Combination Hammer Kit which features the new Shocks and Active Vibration Control. We’ve been using the Hammer in the field since last summer and I’m really excited to share our thoughts in the coming review. We actually set out to try and test it past the limit and send it back to DEWALT in pieces……well….it’s now January and the Hammer still works like new. So stay tuned for that and if you’ve never visited CopTool.com then I highly suggest you do. Those guys really know tools so it’s a worthy resource.
