I’m 27 year old single woman buying my very first place on my own. I would use the money towards remodeling the very, horribly, outdated, someone else’s germs bathroom! They have painted tulips circa FL 1968 painted all over the tiles. A pedestal vanity and zero storage. I have to change out the vanity, the mirror, light fixture, faucet, shower, doors, paint over the tiles… essentially re-do the entire one. I only have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom so this is necessary! Please help! :)
