We don’t get snow in Melbourne, but most of the year is pretty cold. We only have hot days for few weeks in the Summer. We bought a new fence and still haven’t painted it.

Most deck sealers help protect the wood from sun, rain, wind and other environmental conditions. I’ve yet to find a deck sealer that claims to completely seal out water.
