Board Buddies
If you do much work on a table saw then you know kickback and holding the work piece tight to the fence are important issues to consider. There are several products on the market to help keep the work piece tight to the fence and prevent kickback including feather boards and also these really cool rollers from Woodstock. Board Buddies are a unique spring loaded roller wheel that only turns in one direction while applying pressure to the work piece.
They can be used for both table saws and router tables with a fence. The yellow wheels are made from a special material that won’t mark up your wood. The board buddies mount to a standard fence with a special base track. The track allows you to remove the board buddies when you’re not using them.
