Upcoming Nail Gun Reviews
Over the coming days I’ll be reviewing three new framing nail guns. The folks at Paslode Cordless and Duo-Fast Construction are sending along the nail guns and I’ll be having my crew put them to the test! We’ll be trying out:
Paslode PowerFramer 350
The Paslode PowerFramer 350 is the latest pneumatic framing nail gun from Paslode. They’ve redesigned the nail gun from the ground up focusing on power, weight, balance, durability and reliability. I’m certainly looking forward to trying out this new generation of framing gun.
Paslode Cordless Framing Nailer CF-325
The latest cordless framing nailer from Paslode is the model CF-325. We’ve been using Paslode cordless nailers for several years and the crew is excited to check out this latest version. The new CF-325 features several new improvements that I’m eager to see including; improved fuel cell, improved nose piece and faster shooting response.
Duo-Fast Strip Nailer DF350S
The Duo-Fast Construction 20º Round Head Framing Nailer, Model DF350S is the latest framing gun from Duo-Fast Construction. My dad’s been a carpenter over 35 years and Duo-Fast nailers were always his preferred gun. I’m eager to try out this new and improved pneumatic framing nailer which boasts improved power, weight and balance. Today’s modern framing requires significant power from framing guns due to the engineered lumber. Duo-Fast claims this gun consistantly drives 16d nails flush into LVL lumber. We’ll be putting this gun to the test and reporting back the results.
